An anti-government activist who thought a “second American revolution” was coming, has been found guilty on federal firearms charges.
A jury convicted William Krisstofer Wolf today.
Prosecutors charged him with possession of a machine gun and of an unregistered firearm, after he bought an illegal automatic shotgun from an undercover FBI agent.
Wolf also planned to get a flamethrower and spoke of targeting judges, elected officials, and law enforcement.
A federal defender argued his client was encouraged to buy the shotgun by an FBI informant
